The Nigerian Chamber of Shipping (NCS), is partnering with Olisa Agbakoba Legal (OAL), a major player in Nigeria’s maritime sector to deliver a training session: “The Fundamentals of Law and Shipping.”
This training, scheduled for September 17th and 18th, 2024, aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of key legal principles, covering topics from Carriage of Goods by Sea to Maritime Arbitration.
The Nigerian Chamber of Shipping (NCS) represents a broad spectrum of stakeholders in Nigeria’s maritime industry. This includes ship owners, tanker vessel operators, port/terminal operators, shipyard/dry dock owners, upstream and downstream service operators in the oil and gas sector, international maritime/shipping operators, maritime lawyers, and financial institutions. The NCS connects businesses with the government and other crucial players in the industry.
