The company is licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to operate as a service company providing Integrated Offshore Marine Logistics, Security, and Support Services in the Oil and Gas industry.

The Cabotage Act of 2007 passed by the Federal Government of Nigeria has allowed indigenous companies like Hudson Pacific to take advantage of opportunities within the country’s Maritime Logistics and Oil & Gas services space.
